How to allow to automatically use account credit for auto-payments in recurring classes?
This feature enables the system to automatically apply the available account credit to a recurring auto-pay booking in the account.
For example: The student has booked for a recurring class which bills every month. If the account has an available account credit at the time of the scheduled auto-pay processing, the system will apply the available account credit to the auto-pay recurring booking.
If the recurring auto-pay booking fee is higher than the account credit. The system will apply the available account credit and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the parent's credit card on file.
If the available account credit is enough to cover for the auto-pay recurring booking, the system will automatically apply it to it and the parent's credit card will not be charged for it.
