How to turn on or off the recurring classes auto-pay emails
Here is how to turn on or off the recurring classes auto-pay emails.
Here's what each button does:
Allow Email (Invoice for Activities Registration) – This email is automatically sent after autopay failed, when this is turned off the parent/student will not receive the “Invoice for Activities Registration” after their auto pay failed.
Allow Email (Your Recurring Payment Failed) – This email is automatically sent when your recurring booking failed during autopay when this is turned off the parent/student will not receive the “recurring payment failed” email.
Allow Email (Your recurring class receipt) - This email is automatically sent out to students after autopay was successful, if this is turned off the parent/student will not receive the “your recurring class receipt” email.
Note: After turning on/off any of these buttons please refresh the page to allow the system to implement the changes that were made. Full and Limited admins will still receive those emails, but clients will not be copied on it if this option is off.
