How to manage private lessons packages?

Here's how we currently manage packages of lessons on Timmy.

Our full pack tracking functionality is not done yet. So the way we go around this now is as follows: 

When you set a 10 pack, you still set up as 1 hr. So even though it says 10 pack, the schedule still picks it up as one hour for that initial purchase (since the lessons have to sync with the coach's schedule).

For the next lesson, the coach will need to confirm the time with the client and book the lesson from the back. 

 

While booking the lesson, she can write in the payment notes the status of the pack and when recording the payment, give a full discount since the lesson was purchased in the pack.

The receipt will show the lesson details and payment notes.
