Changing or switching a student from one class to another is a popular asked question.To accomplish this you have to follow a few simple steps. Please see steps below:
Part 1 - To remove Student from wrong class click

1. Go to Classes
2. Select the Classes option
3. Click on the name of the class the student is currently registered
4. Scroll down a bit to see the list of students added to this class and look for the students name
5. If the booking is paid click on the red delete icon ; a pop up box will appear
6. On the pop up box select the Refund and Remove button

Part 3 - Record payment for the student added.
If the account credit that was issued is less than or enough to cover the new class booking process the payment and pay using the credit on file.
If the amount due is more than the account credit that was issued the system will automatically apply for the account credit and for the difference, you have the option to invoice the parent or process the payment using the credit card on file.
